Troy A. LeMaile-Stovall

Troy is the CEO of TEDCO, Maryland’s economic engine for early-stage technology and life sciences companies, where he oversees more than $200M in assets under management. A seasoned investor and operator, he has led or co-led over $2B in equity and debt financings and more than 12 exits with double-digit returns. Troy holds an MBA from Harvard, an MS in Computer Science from Stanford, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University. He is a NACD Certified Director and a three-time Washingtonian “Tech Titan.”
